How can I get around registering your real email with a given service? (or what's a good way to get a feed for a throwaway email?)

Many services online require that you give them a valid email. Often you're doing something that's only useful once (like downloading software) and you don't want to be spammed. Perhaps you don't trust the server operator to not send your data to third parties. Perhaps you don't want anything other than the first email from them. Regardless of reason, it's useful to have throw away email addresses. It's also nice to only have to hit a single page, get an rss feed of the data and not have it require authentication of any type. It's also nice to be able to pay a small amount for a password to protect it if you'd like.

This also work well with tor for an added layer of indirection.
